Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: May 21, 2026

1. Scope of Consulting Services

These conditions govern the delivery of business analysis, software architecture consulting, systems integration, operational intelligence, and performance marketing workflows deployed by Stride Dexter. By interacting with our manuals, files, scheduling operational calls, or submitting forms, you consent strictly to these legal parameters.

2. Third-Party Platform Dependency Clause

Stride Dexter designs modular architectural engines leveraging elite third-party tools, including but not limited to:

  • Sanity CMS (content management)
  • Airtable (database & automation)
  • Make.com (workflow orchestration)
  • Brevo (CRM & email automation)
  • Zoho Mail (communications)
  • Vercel (hosting & deployment)

Client acknowledges that Stride Dexter carries zero liability for third-party platform downtime, API schema deprecations, sudden price modification changes, feature removals, or access token cancellations enacted directly by these vendors.

3. Continuous Optimization Retainers & SLA

A turn-key automated system infrastructure requires persistent data tracking and software maintenance. Stride Dexter builds initial systems within explicit initial build scopes. Post-delivery reconfigurations, edge-case debugging, script adaptation, performance optimization, or maintenance monitoring loops require an independent, recurring monthly Maintenance Service Level Agreement (SLA).

4. Limitation of Operational Liability

Stride Dexter engineers highly secure, data-locked systems with advanced error-handling routers and compliance frameworks. Under no circumstances shall Stride Dexter be held financially responsible or legally liable for unexpected data loss, operational revenue latency, platform overages, workflow pauses, or performance degradation caused by:

  • External system modifications executed by client personnel without our direct supervision
  • Third-party platform changes or feature deprecations
  • Client-side credential or environment variable mismanagement
  • Network infrastructure issues outside our control

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All methodologies, frameworks, code templates, and strategic documentation created by Stride Dexter remain the intellectual property of Stride Dexter unless explicitly transferred via written agreement. You retain rights to data and content you provide to us, but we retain rights to our tools, processes, and architectural patterns.

6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes client business strategies, data structures, integration configurations, and operational workflows. Confidentiality obligations extend for a period of 24 months beyond the engagement conclusion.

7. Modifications & Amendments

Stride Dexter reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered contacts.
